Can I request a custom order?
Yes, absolutely! Simply use the contact form and let me know your vision. I’ll do my best to accommodate your request and bring it to life.
How soon will I receive my purchase?
All of my items are made to order, and many are produced in small batches with limited materials. Because of this, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be created and prepared for shipping.
Once your item has been dispatched, it will be sent via Royal Mail. Tracking will be provided where suitable.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship internationally. For orders to the USA, customs and duties will already be included in the shipping price.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As all items are custom-made to order, I’m unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact me via the form on this page within 14 days of receiving your order. I’ll be more than happy to help resolve the issue.
