2. Products

  • All items are handmade, custom-made or carefully sourced by me, except where materials are also sourced from trusted suppliers.

  • Each item is made to order in limited quantities. This means designs may vary slightly from what you see in photos if beads are no longer available.

  • Colours, shapes, or finishes may differ slightly due to the handmade nature of the products and lighting of photos.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are accepted once payment has been successfully processed.

  • I accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, etc.

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • You are responsible for providing correct shipping information. I am not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

4. Shipping

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for items to be produced and shipped.

  • Items will be shipped via Royal Mail, and tracking will be provided where suitable.

  • I am not responsible or liable for delays caused by postal services or external factors beyond my control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • As all items are custom-made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact me within 14 days of receipt. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds for faulty items will be issued once the item has been returned (if applicable).

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While I make every effort to ensure that items are described accurately, I cannot be held responsible for minor differences caused by the handmade process.

  • I am not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of my products.

  • By purchasing, you accept that items are handmade and small variations may occur.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or sell any of my designs without written permission.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled according to my Privacy Policy.

  • By placing an order, you consent to your data being processed for the purposes of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about your purchase.
